Good advertisement, poor quality

I got curious through social media ads and read that their material was made from recycled plastic so I accepted the high price and noticed their shipping policies. When I received the envelope in the mail I was fairly disappointed already by how little spectacular this very expensive order was presented. I had ordered leggins that looked like they had sown a big golden thread into the pants as well as their emblem but it was all just a print so the quality is not as remarkable as I thought. I am also afraid the material will burst easily or lose its color over a.very short period of time. Returning is not an option though, thanks to the unfavorable return policy that would cost plenty... now I am not even sure if the entire background story is real ????

Really disappointing

Really disappointing!
I was so excited to order the bike shorts in 2 colours, one black and one patterned, but when they arrived I was gutted - the fabric wasnt very good quality, which I expected for the price. The fit wasn't great either - they weren’t tight enough on my waist and were just not stretchy enough on the thigh.
Also just watch out if you’re thinking of trying them out to see what they’re like - they make you pay for the international return and also take off the money that they paid for your original order, so much for ‘free’ postage..! Next time I’ll order from a UK based alternative X

Their glitchy website submitted an…

Their glitchy website submitted an order even though I didn't press submit and I immediately contacted them to cancel. They charged me $8 just to cancel my order even though it was a mistake from their website. The customer service was full of condescending fake toxic positivity and zero help. Horrible customer service. Stay away.

Thumbs Down for Customer Service

LAVENDER SHORTS ARE SEE-THROUGH.
Customer service is very subpar. I had one item in my order that was a pre-order item which on their website says will ship separately from the rest of my non-pre-order items at a later time. Their website also says that items typically ship within 2 business days. After 4 business days had passed, and I still hadn't received any shipping confirmation for my non-pre-order items, I reached out to the company to ask why that was. The representative said, "Thank you for reaching out. Your order contains a pre-order item that will be available to ship as soon as our restock is complete later this month. This is noted on the website, and at checkout! You will receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is shipped."
With this response, I was still unsure why my NON-pre-order items had not shipped yet, so I reached out again and asked why that was and got this response, "Thank you for following up! Since we are expecting the preorder shipment within the next week, the order will ship altogether :)"
I was pretty upset with this response because they told me one thing in the first email and a completely different thing in the second email. I told the rep that I was frustrated by the situation and they apologized for "the troubles." Not happy with customer service at all. Not happy with the fact that they say one thing but do another. Thankfully the clothing fits and feels nice because I would not want to deal with trying to return something to this company given this experience. I'm 5'5" and weight about 125lb. I got a size small in the leggings and in the 4-way reversible tops. The fit is great and the leggings are very flexible for movement. The midi lavender biker shorts I got are NOT squat proof and ARE see-through. I also got printed leggings that are not see-through though. I really wish I had a better experience with customer service because I do like the quality of the clothing and that they try to be as sustainable as possible with their production.

Poor sizing and return policy

I ordered a pair of the bike shorts in size M, as I did as much research as I could about the best size for me (I am 10/12 in UK sizing) but when it arrived it was too small. The material and pattern was nice, though.
So the first thing Wolven need to sort out is their sizing - I refuse to exchange this for a "large" when I am a very slim woman (5ft 4, and 62kg). This is the sort of thing that makes women feel so bad about their bodies all the time, as we are labelled into very unrealistic categories..
Secondly the returns policy is awful, you have to pay for your own shipping for international orders which can be quite a lot. And I don't even know how much I will get in the refund as apparently they also deduct their own shipping from this.
I did read the policy before ordering but was being optimistic that the item would fit me!!
Will never order from Wolven again.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
Only via email and they get upset if you send emails with more questions. I felt punished when they said if send more email my items will be delay.when I return the item to get the right size on 4/22 up until today 5/10/21 it has not arrived.
Lastly I returned an item and they charged me 9 dollars to ship the item back to them.
I will never buy again from them on line.

Unimpressive customer service

- Unavailable customer service
- No papers in shipping
-15 day shipping policy... who can turn around in 15 days? No one has a printer anymore and reputable companies are far more generous
- Website reviews share similar tone and are all 5* reviews... seems contrived
- No genuine photo reviews customers (other than their own insta feed)

I would never buy this product again

I would never buy this product again. The customer service refund policy is horrible. When I ordered the item the shipping was free. They did not have my size and when I returned the item,besides paying for shipping(which I do not mind for the return), they did not refund the full cost of the item. I think that is pure gouging. I would never buy from them ever again.

Warning on returns

Good style and quality. Returning is a huge pain. I bought biker shorts and criss cross 4 way top. They're good quality material and very comfortable and breathable. The biker shorts I'm loving so far. The top was too small for me and I read the 15-day return policy before purchasing, but a 15-day return deadline still sucks, especially when you don't have a printer for the shipping label. And they charge for the return shipping and seem to have taken back the promo discount?? And there are 4 really positive reviews on here that all were done on the same day---SUSPICIOUS. Overall, I recommend the clothing quality but STRONGLY warn you on returns. Try your best to get the best size for you--which is hard with online shopping so they should give more grace.

Disclaimer: I have not ordered this brand. I was about to but then I did my research. I find it really funny that most of the reviews I have seen have been negative and the ONLY positive reviews I’ve come across were somehow all coincidently made one the exact same day. Someone tried to do some damage control. Glad I researched the company and paid attention. I was about to buy several items but decided I should research this new brand and so glad I did. DO YOUR RESEARCH, LADIES!

Don't order from overseas

Don't order from overseas, if you want to return anything you have to pay for the return shipping yourself and they will deduct their own shipping fees from your return which can be quite a large amount.
They do say this on their website so I will admit I should've read their terms more thoroughly, but I wouldn't have ordered if I had known that.

In december I order a parcel from…

In december I order a parcel from Wolven. When it finally arrived in Spain, mid January, turned out they hadn't arranged the correct documentation for customs and had to be send back... That was already a big red flag, why do you send overseas without even knowing what are the required documents ? First time, it ever happened to me for an international order. I get in touch with the customer service and they tell me that they sorry (right!) and that I will get a refund once they receive the parcel... It's been 2 months and still nothing, I have no way to track the parcel because the tracking number they provided was only for Spain. This is a scam!
